Gan Lu Yee, male, a Malaysian, aged 49, is the financial controller of Hap Seng Plantations Holdings Berhad and was appointed to this position on 1 April 2011.

Mr. Gan joined Hap Seng Plantations (River Estates) Sdn Bhd, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company in 2004 as account manager before assuming the present position.

Mr. Gan is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Mr. Gan does not have any family relationship with any director and/or major shareholder nor does he have any conflict of interests or potential conflict of interests, including any interest in any competing business with the Company and its subsidiaries. He has not been convicted of any offence, other than traffic offences, in the past five years and there was no public sanction or penalty imposed by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
