It was the opportunity to enjoy a sumptuous course dinner and be entertained
by an international artiste that compelled Ho Mun Khey and his wife to attend
the recent D’Alpinia Customer Appreciation Dinner and Lucky Draw 2011. However,
the lucky couple got more than they expected when they took home a brand new Mercedes-Benz
C-Class worth RM260,000 at the end of the evening.
D’Alpinia Customer Appreciation Dinner and Lucky Draw 2011 was organised by Hap
Seng Land Sdn Bhd exclusively for purchasers of D’Alpinia Phase 1B homes and their
respective spouse. The formal affair, which was held at the Shangri-La Hotel Kuala
Lumpur on 4 July 2011.
The Lucky Draw was the highlight of the event. The “star” attractions were the
two Grand Prizes of a Mercedes-Benz C-Class, which was bagged by Ho, as well as
another Mercedes-Benz B-Class worth RM200,000 won by Ch’ng Soon Kim. The Lucky
Draw also gave away 20 Jusco vouchers worth RM2,000 each as Consolation Prizes
to lucky homebuyers. Each D’Alpinia homebuyer was allowed one entry to the Lucky
Draw, which was monitored by accountants from KPMG.
