Hap Seng Land Development (Puchong) Sdn Bhd finally unveiled its maiden “Build-Then-Sell”
(BTS) mixed residential development called D’Alpinia. Phase 1A consist of semi-detached
cluster houses and terrace houses. Situated in the Southern Growth Triangle of
Puchong, Seri Kembangan and Putrajaya, a special staff preview was held on the
1 November 2009, which was then followed by the soft launch for all registrants
on 7 and 8 November 2009.
Many registrants turned up and queued from as early as 7am in order to be the
first in line as many potential customers have waited for more than a year for
Phase 1A to be completed. At D'Alpinia, "what you see is what you get" and the
BTS concept enabled buyers to see, touch and feel the actual house; this aspect
appeared to “seal the deal” with many of the house buyers.
The response from the launch was so encouraging that most units were sold out
over one weekend, with only a handful of Bumiputera units left available. This
spurred the soft launch of Phase 1B, which consists of terrace houses, cluster
terrace houses and townhouses on 12 and 13 December 2009.
Among the value added features that were included in each house are air conditioning
units, an auto-gate, water heaters, water filters and a wireless alarm system.
Additionally, all Phase 1B units are equipped with built-in kitchen cabinets with
a hood, hob and oven set in the kitchen.
