achievements in the Mercedes-Benz Service Excellence Awards, Malaysia for 2008.
Hap Seng Star Sdn Bhd’s was awarded the Best Service Experience Award 2008. Assessment
for this award was based on customers’ feedback on their service experience with
Hap Seng Star Sdn Bhd. Hap Seng Auto Sdn Bhd’s Kuching branch received First Runner-up
position in the Mercedes-Benz Service Excellence Award 2008 in Malaysia. The award
giving ceremony was held at the Putrajaya Shangri-La Hotel on 3 March 2009.
The Mercedes-Benz Service Excellence Award is a programme that recognizes and
awards Mercedes-Benz service dealers who provide the best After Sales Service
to their customers. This award is also defined by a passion to reinforce our long-term
