The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) Malaysia organized its 2009 Malaysia Property Award on 16 November 2009 in Kuala Lumpur. This prestigious event highlights some of the best developments the local property sector has to offer and this year, H.R.H. the Sultan of Selangor graced the occasion and gave away the Awards to the winners.

Menara Hap Seng Sdn Bhd is winner of FIABCI Malaysia Property Award 2009 Office Development Category for its Menara Hap Seng project. Menara Hap Seng Sdn Bhd is part of the Property Holding and Development Division of Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad; the Division won two FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards in 2008 in the Specialized Project Category and the Industrial Development Category for Hap Seng Star Sdn Bhd’s Mercedes-Benz Autohaus and Mercedes-Benz Autohaus Service Centre respectively.
