The Persatuan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM) held their PAM 2009 Awards on the 3 October 2009 and it was another feather in Hap Seng Realty (Auto) Sdn Bhd’s cap as the Hap Seng Star Mercedes-Benz Autohaus Service Centre in Kinrara emerged as the Winner for the Industrial Buildings category. Last year, the building was the Winner of the FIABCI Malaysia Property Award 2008 Industrial Development Category.
