Malaysian Mosaics Berhad appointed Hap Seng Trading (BM) Sdn Bhd [HST] as the
sole distributor for MML Tiles nationwide in Malaysia on 30 June 2009. HST is
a wholly owned subsidiary of Hap Seng Building Materials Holdings Sdn Bhd, which
in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad and HST is
principally involved in the trading of building materials. |
