Hap Seng Plantations Holdings Berhad (HSP) held its Extraordinary General Meeting and its 2nd Annual General Meeting at Menara Hap Seng, Kuala Lumpur on 26 May 2009.

Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad (HSCB) held its Extraordinary General Meeting and 33rd Annual General Meeting at Menara Hap Seng, Kuala Lumpur on 29 May 2009.

The ordinary business of both HSP's and HCB's AGMs were carried out according to the Agenda; Audited Financial Statements were adopted, all proposed resolutions were passed and all Directors standing for re-election were re-elected.
