Hap Seng Building Materials Sdn Bhd’s new office building was officially completed on 15 May 2008. The double-storey building is occupied by Hap Seng Trading Sdn Bhd on the 1st floor and by Hap Seng Building Materials Sdn Bhd on the ground floor. The new office is located at 3.8 Mile 1, Jalan Tanjung Batu Laut, Tawau, Sabah and is nearby Kukusan Quarry.

In the past two years, Hap Seng Building Materials has invested significantly on improving the facilities and infrastructures covering the whole operation of plants and machineries in order to boost production. With the existing new automation of plant and machinery at Kukusan Quarry, it can produce approximately 70,000 to 90,000 metric tons of aggregates per month. In line with the requirements of the Department of Environment, Hap Seng Building Materials has successfully complied with the Environmental Impact Assessment terms and conditions for approval.
