Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad recorded a profit after tax of RM166 million for its second quarter ended 30 June 2008. This marks a notable 267% increase compared with the profit after tax of RM45.3 million recorded in the preceding year’s corresponding quarter ended 31 July 2007.
