Hap Seng Plantations Holdings Berhad (HSP) also held its Extraordinary General Meeting and its First Annual General Meeting at the Hotel Equatorial Kuala Lumpur on 24 June 2008.

 

The ordinary business of both HSCB's and HSP's AGMs were carried out according to the Agenda; Audited Financial Statements were adopted, all proposed resolutions were passed and all Directors standing for re-election were re-elected.
