Aceford Food Industry Pte Ltd is located in Singapore and is involved in the packaging, marketing and wholesale trading of edible oils and food products for the domestic Singapore and Malaysian markets. Its export markets are mainly Australia and New Zealand.

INVERFIN SDN BHD
The Group holds a 49.99% equity stake in Inverfin Sdn Bhd, which is currently involved in property investment, office and food court management. Inverfin Sdn Bhd is the proprietor of Menara Citibank, a 50-storey office building located along Jalan Ampang in Kuala Lumpur.

PAOS HOLDINGS BERHAD
The Group holds a 24.96% equity stake in Paos Holdings Berhad, a manufacturer of soap chips, finished soaps, specialty oils and fats, and animal feed.

VINTAGE HEIGHTS SDN BHD
The Group also holds a 20% equity stake in an active property development company, Vintage Heights Sdn Bhd, which is currently engaged in a mixed residential development located in an area adjacent to Sepang in Selangor.

EAC HOLDINGS (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD
The Group holds a 20% equity stake in EAC Holdings (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, which is currently involved in investment holding and rental of properties.

LAM SOON (THAILAND) PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED
The Group holds a 20% equity stake in Lam Soon (Thailand) Public Company Limited, a company incorporated in Thailand. This company is listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and currently manufactures a wide range of extracted and refined product including palm vegetable oils, margarine, shortening and specialty vegetable fats.
